Fruit Game: Merge and Smile is provided for entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute the App or its content for commercial or non-commercial purposes without permission. All assets and features are protected by copyright law.
The App offers an optional in-app purchase (“Remove Ads”) via Google Play Billing. Purchases are securely processed by Google. We do not collect or store any payment information.
Refund Policy: All purchases made within the App are final and non-refundable. Once the transaction is completed and confirmed by Google Play, the purchase cannot be reversed. All code, design, artwork, icons, and game mechanics are owned by the developer of Fruit Game: Merge and Smile. Reuse, modification, or redistribution without written consent is strictly prohibited.
The background music and sound effects used in Fruit Game: Merge and Smile are sourced from Pixabay (https://pixabay.com) under their free-to-use license, which allows commercial and personal use without attribution. We acknowledge and credit Pixabay as the original source of audio assets.
We are not responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App. Use of the App is at your own risk. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that the App will be free from errors or defects.
We may update or modify the App at any time, including adding or removing features. These updates may occur automatically without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service occasionally. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if a user violates these Terms, attempts unauthorized modification, or engages in misuse.
